8BIT PARADISE is a live camera filter created in 2021 using the now-deprecated software Spark AR. It applies a retro 8-bit aesthetic to the image, reducing reality into the blocky textures of old video games.

The project was an experiment in illustration and digital tools, testing how perception shifts when everyday scenes are compressed into low-resolution graphics.
